Welcome to the official website of Ministry of Dance Evangelism (“MODE”), a faith-based dance ministry operating under the covering of e2Ten, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in any of our online or offline programs, classes, and events. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ministry Mission

MODE exists to glorify God through the art of dance, providing a safe, joyful, and Christ-centered environment for students of all experience levels to grow in worship, creativity, and community. All activities are aligned with the values and mission of e2Ten.

2. Eligibility

Our website and programs are intended for individuals of all ages. However, minors must have parent or legal guardian consent to participate in any class or event. Some pages may be restricted to registered users or parents/guardians of students.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.

  • Use the site to post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

  • Use the site to interfere with others’ access or harm the integrity of the ministry.

4. Registration & Participation

By registering for a class or event, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Participation may include physical movement and carries certain risks.

  • MODE reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at our discretion for conduct inconsistent with our mission.

5. Media Release

Unless otherwise specified in writing, by participating in any MODE event or class, you grant MODE and e2Ten permission to use photos and videos taken during events for promotional or ministry purposes, including use on social media, newsletters, and websites.

6. Donations

As a ministry of e2Ten, all donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donations made through the website are processed securely and are non-refundable unless made in error. Please contact us promptly if a donation mistake has occurred.

7. Liability Disclaimer

MODE and e2Ten are not responsible for injury, illness, or damages arising from participation in classes or events. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information outside of our organization, except as necessary to operate our programs. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy (coming soon).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Continued use of the site means you accept the new Terms.
