Ministry of Dance Evangelism (“MODE”) is committed to protecting our students. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our website or participate in our programs. MODE operates under the nonprofit covering of e2Ten, a 501(c)(3) organization.

This agreement is entered into between E2Ten (parent ministry of  Ministry of Dance Evangelism and Kalos Agon) and the undersigned participant (or the parent/legal guardian of a minor participant).

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in dance, martial arts, fitness, or related activities at E2Ten (parent ministry of  Ministry of Dance Evangelism and Kalos Agon) is voluntary and may involve physical exertion and risk of injury.

2. Assumption of Risk

I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, collisions, equipment failure, or actions of other participants.

3. Release and Waiver

I release and discharge E2Ten (parent ministry of  Ministry of Dance Evangelism and Kalos Agon), its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising from participation, including claims of negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Medical Treatment

I authorize E2Ten (parent ministry of Ministry of Dance Evangelism and Kalos Agon)  to obtain medical treatment in the event of an emergency and agree to be financially responsible for any related costs.

This release is entered into between E2Ten (parent ministry of  Ministry of Dance Evangelism and Kalos Agon) and the undersigned participant (or the parent/legal guardian of a minor participant).

1. Consent to Photograph/Record

I grant permission to E2Ten (parent ministry of  Ministry of Dance Evangelism and Kalos Agon)  and its representatives to take photographs, video, or digital recordings of me (or my child) during classes, events, and performances.

2. Use of Media

I authorize the use of such media for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to print publications, social media, websites, and advertisements, without compensation.

3. Waiver of Rights

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media or how it is used.

4. Duration

This release is perpetual, worldwide, and may only be revoked in writing.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information through our website:

  • Personal Information: such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and information related to student registration (including emergency contacts and age).

  • Payment/Donation Information: if you choose to donate or pay for a class, your payment is securely processed by a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store credit card details.

  • Photographs/Media: photos or videos taken during MODE events may include participants and may be used for ministry-related purposes, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Automatically Collected Data: like IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, collected via cookies or similar technologies for site optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Register students for classes and events

  • Communicate with you regarding schedules, updates, and ministry news

  • Process donations and provide tax-deductible receipts

  • Promote MODE events through newsletters, social media, or printed materials

  • Improve our website and offerings

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share limited data with:

  • Our parent nonprofit (e2Ten) for organizational purposes

  • Third-party service providers who help us operate our website, registration forms, or donation systems (e.g., Google Forms, Stripe, Mailchimp)

  • Government or legal entities, only if required by law

4. Photos and Media Use

Images and video taken during classes or events may be used for MODE promotional and ministry purposes. By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge this use. If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing at the time of registration.

5. How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, including:

  • Using secure connections (HTTPS)

  • Limiting access to personal data to authorized staff

  • Partnering with reputable third-party processors

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

6. Children’s Privacy

MODE websites and programs are directed to families and children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parent or guardian consent. Parents may request to review or delete their child’s information at any time.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Ask for corrections or updates

  • Request removal from our communications list at any time

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites (e.g., YouTube, donation platforms). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies if you visit those sites.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
