Creative Ballet / Jazz
For ages 5-8 who want a foundation in dance
Mondays, 3:30-4:30
1/12/26 – 5/11/26
- Foundational ballet & jazz technique
- Working on musicality, flexibility, dance terms, & choreography memorization
- All while keeping the focus on giving glory to God with our talents!

Beginner Contemporary
For young dancers ages 6-10 who have beginner to intermediate experience in dance
Mondays, 4:30-5:30
1/12/26 – 5/11/26
- Contemporary Dance Movement
- Basic ballet technique
- Understanding musicality
- Working on skills like memorizing choreography, dance terms, & movement
- All while keeping the focus on giving glory to God with our talents!

Intermediate Contemporary
For older dancers ages 8-16 who have experience in dance & would like to improve
Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15
1/14/26 – 5/13/26
- Contemporary Dance Movement
- Basic ballet technique
- Understanding musicality
- Working on skills like flexibility, jumps, and dance terms
- All of this while keeping a strong Christian focus, with the end goal being bringing glory and worship to God through dance, and learning how to do outreach through dance.

Advanced Choreography (Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical)
For ages 10-17 who have learned advanced levels in ballet & contemporary with doing & memorizing choreography, tricks, musicality, & flexibility.
Fridays, 4:30-5:30
1/9/26 – 5/15/26
- Improv worship to Christian music
- Choreography for outreaches
- Learning & having the opportunity to choreograph with other dancers
- Learning how to give dance in worship to the lord, & fellowship with other likeminded dancers

Sculpt
For ages 13+. Fun, 60 minute, up-beat class focusing on strengthening with blocks, bands, & body weight. Get stronger! Get flexible!
Fridays, 5:45pm sharp start time. 1 hour class.
Pausing due to weather or holidays will be announced on our Facebook page.
- High intensity, challenging, & fun workout geared for all body types
- The class flows through a guided warmup, stretching, resistance, & cardio bursts
- Led by Sculpt Certified Instructor, Liz Chevassus & certified guest instructors
- No experience necessary, men & women are welcome.
- Bring a yoga-style mat or towel & water
- Come prepared to have fun and sweat!
Flow of the Dance Classes:
- Opening Prayer
- Warmup
- Improv
- Devotional/stretching
- Choreography
- Ending Prayer
What to bring:
• Water
• Socks/ballet technique shoes or jazz shoes (please don’t be barefoot)
Cost:
• $50/month suggested donation. Pause anytime!
What to Wear Creative Ballet:
- Girls: Leotard, Ballet tights, Ballet shoes
- Boys: Solid colored T-shirt, Athletic pants, Black ballet shoes
What to Wear Beginner -Intermediate -Advanced:
- Dancers please dress modestly in athletic clothing that is comfortable & easy to move in. Ex. leggings, shorts, t-shirt, tank top.
- We seek to honor God with our dance studio, so please dress modestly.
